Inge joined Bartholomew & Company in 2018, bringing more than 25 years of experience in database management and administrative operations. As a Client Service Associate, she supports both client-facing and internal initiatives that contribute to the firm’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Her work is focused on strengthening the systems and processes that underpin client reporting and operational efficiency. She collaborates closely with the Chief Investment Officer to enhance reporting workflows for government and institutional clients, assists in the preparation of client materials, and leads process automation efforts that improve accuracy and scalability. She also maintains key operational systems and provides support across the broader client service team.
Inge holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Vocal Performance) from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Outside of work, she is an avid reader and technology enthusiast, and she maintains a lifelong appreciation for music, especially holiday classics.
