Jonathan S. Mack, CRPS®, AIF®
Director of Retirement Plan Consulting | Senior Wealth Advisor
Worcester Office
Jon Mack joined Bartholomew & Company in January 2024, serving as Senior Wealth Advisor, Director of Retirement Plan Consulting. In this dual role, he leads the firm’s continued growth in the workplace retirement plan space while delivering objective, fiduciary-driven investment and planning advice to individuals, families, and trusts.
A Worcester native, Jon earned his degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While at UMass, he expanded his perspective on global markets through a study abroad experience in Kyoto, Japan—an early introduction to the international dimension of finance that continues to inform his work today. He began his career in New York City with Sanyo Securities, applying that global insight in a dynamic financial environment.
In 1992, Jon stepped away from the investment industry to join his family’s logistics business. Immersing himself in every aspect of operations—from trucking and warehousing to distribution—he developed a deep, practical understanding of how businesses function and grow. Over time, he advanced into a leadership role, ultimately overseeing sales for a company that grew to $15 million in annual revenue. This experience provides him with a unique perspective and a natural ability to connect with business owners and employees alike.
After the family business was sold in 2007, Jon returned to financial services, holding roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS before joining Bartholomew & Company. Today, he leverages his broad experience to help clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
Jon lives in Shrewsbury with his wife, Brenda, their children, and their dogs. He enjoys cooking for family and friends, spending time on Lake Quinsigamond, and training Golden Retrievers for competitive field trials—pursuits that reflect his appreciation for discipline, connection, and balance beyond the office.
