Joshua A. Paul serves as Managing Director, Wealth Partners and Sr. Wealth Advisor at Bartholomew & Company. With more than 30 years of experience, Joshua partners closely with individuals and families to deliver comprehensive financial planning and customized investment strategies aligned with their long-term goals. His holistic approach integrates wealth management, estate planning, philanthropy, portfolio construction, tax considerations, cash flow planning, and multi-generational financial education.
Joshua joined Bartholomew & Company in 1995 as a Registered Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, following earlier roles at Bear Stearns and Cape Cod Bank & Trust Company. He earned his FINRA Series 7 registration in 1994 while still in college, reflecting an early commitment to the financial services profession.
He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations and serves as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network. Joshua earned a BS in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and furthered his studies at the London School of Economics. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, demonstrating his commitment to fiduciary excellence and client-first advice.
Joshua has been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager from 2018–2025, a distinction awarded to a select group of advisors in the Boston area. He was also named a President’s Level advisor by Commonwealth Financial Network in 2025, placing him among the top 22% of advisors affiliated with the firm—an honor reflecting his dedication to delivering a high level of service, expertise, and leadership to his clients.
Outside the office, Joshua enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and spending time with family. He can often be found on the golf course, traveling, or visiting Cape Cod, where he lived for nearly two decades. He resides in Groton with his wife and three children.
