Karolina joined Bartholomew & Company in 2023, bringing more than a decade of experience in client service and support across a range of industries. As a Senior Client Service Associate, she serves as a primary point of contact for clients, helping ensure a consistent, responsive experience that reflects the firm’s commitment to thoughtful, long-term relationships.
She plays an integral role in supporting the advisory team, coordinating account needs, facilitating clear communication, and helping clients navigate the operational aspects of their financial lives with confidence. Her work is grounded in attention to detail and a disciplined approach to service, contributing to an experience that is both seamless and dependable.
Karolina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring new experiences with her husband and daughter.
