Kathleen Cyganiewicz, AIF^®

Kathleen serves as Vice President in Bartholomew & Company’s Governments & Institutions Division, where she works with public entities and institutions to support investment decisions shaped by discipline, accountability, and long-term perspective.

Since joining the firm in 2016, she has progressed from the Investment Management team into a leadership role, developing a deep understanding of the firm’s investment process and the structure required to support portfolios through changing market environments. Her experience spans investment analysis, portfolio management, and performance oversight—work that reflects the rigor and consistency required in institutional decision-making.

In her current role, Kathleen applies her technical expertise in economic and market analysis to help clients navigate complexity while maintaining focus on long-term objectives. She understands that institutional portfolios must withstand scrutiny and evolve over time, and she works as part of a team committed to disciplined, repeatable processes that support that responsibility.

Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the College of Wooster and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. She also holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, reflecting her formal training in fiduciary responsibility.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three energetic dogs.
