Rachel Zinkus joined Bartholomew & Company in 2026 as a Human Resources Manager, supporting the firm’s continued growth through thoughtful talent practices and a focus on organizational alignment.
Since 2019, she has developed experience across a range of industries and operating environments, shaping a practical understanding of how strong teams and clear structures contribute to long-term success. She is particularly focused on fostering workplace cultures that support engagement, accountability, and sustained performance.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree from Framingham State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
