Tammy joined Bartholomew & Company in October 2019 and has evolved through a range of roles—including Client Service Associate and Office Manager & HR Coordinator—before being named Operations Manager in 2026.
In her current role, Tammy oversees client service support and office operations, helping to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for both clients and the firm’s team. She brings a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and service excellence to everything she does.
Prior to joining Bartholomew & Company, Tammy held administrative roles in career services, human resources, and recruiting, providing her with a well-rounded operational background.
Tammy earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston University. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, crafting, and exploring the outdoors.
