As a senior client service representative, she serves as the primary point of contact for clients of multiple financial advisors, addressing a wide range of account-related inquiries with efficiency and care.

Karolina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new adventures with her husband and daughter.
