    Wealth Advisor Nancy L. Scott

Grounded in Relationships, Driven by Purpose

Nancy graduated college with an education degree, teaching for several years before the birth of her first child. Making a career switch, Nancy joined Bartholomew & Company in 2006 as an assistant, where she learned about providing investment advice and working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Nancy quickly realized her teaching experience was a tremendous asset in working with and educating clients, and she decided to take the next step to service her own client base.

Today, as a wealth advisor, Nancy works with clients to develop holistic plans and fully educate them throughout the planning process. As a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designee, Nancy assists clients in creating effective retirement income plans by determining savings requirements and calculating retirement projections to meet future needs. Using various scenarios, she helps clients plan for unforeseen circumstances, minimize tax consequences, and consider social security claiming effects when creating their retirement income strategy.

Nancy holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations as a Registered Representative and an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. She earned the RICP® designation from the American College of Financial Services and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation from Fi360, where she received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility. Nancy is a licensed life, health, and variable insurance agent. She earned her BS in education from the University of Georgia.

Nancy resides in Lakeville, Massachusetts, with her husband and two children. She enjoys photography, baking, and spending time with her family (usually in their camper).
